Worth a gamble for a silver (I know it won't sound as good as a black one) PA20 for €400?
I have decided against it, as the vendor has lost/broken the remote control.
Plenty more fish in the sea.
Since you're on the continent can you not take advantage of German eBay? They have some wonderful kit compared to the tat we get on ours.
I have been looking, as many of the objects are also listed on eBay in France.
The main issue is my knowledge of good pre amps is limited, so when I spot a bargain, I often miss out by the time I have researched it.
There is a Tsakiridis Alexander form sale at a dealers locally, but it is slightly more than I want to spend.
That's a new one on me. Greek tubes!
It is supposed to be pretty good, but I am not sure I want that many tubes to replace.
