Eversolo DMP-A8

Does anybody here use a DMP-A8?

I am thinking of getting one to replace my Topping Pre90 and my RME ADI-2 DAC FS.
It may also make my streaming PC redundant….

I have seen reviews from “influencers” on YouTube.
I just wanted feedback from more long term ownership. It seems to review very well, and seems like a near solution.
There are also aftermarket linear power supplies available for it now.

I probably would have bought already one if the tax office had not made a substantial mistake.
It is just a question of time now before one lands here.

Hi Kevin, Eversolo gear always gets very good reviews and looks absolute top quality build. The DMP A8 has a great DAC using Dual AKM DAC chips so should sound excellent. Looking at the device it has all the bells and whistles and looks a Swiss army knife type of product. I think this would be high up on my list if I wanted a digital one box solution!

Yes, it has all of the inputs I need.
Functionality seems good, and I can transfer my music library across fairly easily.

This might be worth a consideration as an alternative to the Eversolo DMP A8?
