Factory built example. Some marks on the case (it came to me like this) but otherwise in good condition and perfect working order. Tribute made some of the best iron around, and this is one of the best sounding SUT's out of the many I've tried over the years. Only reason I'm selling is that the 1:16 Partridge SUT I built recently suits my Koetsu better. Looking for £500 plus postage.
