Trouble signing into the forum

One of the lads on the Maverick Hi Fi Forum who is also a member on here is having difficulty signing in.

He has tried a new user name and email address in an attempt to get in the back door but with no luck, he gets as far as being asked what is a DAC or what is VTA, but the software stalls at that point and prevents access.

Is this a known problem and is there a workaround, or is it a quirk of the system / admin now Marco is no longer in regular attendance?

What was his original user name, and when was the last time he successfully logged in? We might be able to help.

He is unsure when he last logged in, but the system logged him out for some reason, his user moniker is Puffin.

According to the records Puffin is still listed as a Member. Again, according to the records, his last post was on 02.03.2018; seven and a half years ago.

His inactivity since then may have caused the system to 'shut him out'. I'll make a few enquiries to our resident expert on these matters, to see if we can solve the difficulty.
