Looking for a DAB / FM tuner. Maybe Rotel, Sony etc. must be fully working and good cosmetics. This is for occasional use so not wanting to spend a fortune. Must Be a few in lofts or cupboards.

Just go on eBay and buy a Pure model - they go for about £30-£40.
Like you, I don't listen that often but it's crystal clear for when I do, which is often talk radio rather than music.
Hi,
I have a Pure DRX-701ES tuner waiting for you. It is in what I would describe as bronze finish but it could be described as black.
It is DAB only but this has never been a problem for me as I live in a poor FM area (Hastings).
It does have one issue: the display is hard to read, it works properly but you have to look at it from above or below to read the display. This is only a minor irritation as once you set the presets using the remote control you never need look at the display again. You have double digit presets available (20?) I have never used more then 7. It picks up DAB broadcasts with the proverbial wet string.
It is in very good condition with no scratches on the case or fascia. It uses the standard kettle lead (not included) and a screw-on DAB connector (also not included).
The audio is via RCA Phono connectors or digital out as optical or electrical. There is an audio IN which bypasses the tuner when the tuner is off, so you can connect a legacy FM/AM tuner if you want (I never have).
I can let you have it for only £25 plus postage (about £10). No ebay fees. Paypal or bank transfer at your convenience.
Let me know if you are interested.
Hi Mike, Thanks for letting me know. It doesn't have FM but AFAIK everything on FM is on DAB these days.
