These are very nice sounding genuine 25wpc Class A amplifiers that can be bridged or (even better) balanced and run as 80w monoblocs. They sound particularly nice with my Proacs also for sale (wink wink).

There are plenty of reviews online, they work much better as monoblocs than as a single stereo amp (as is often the case with lower powered Class A amps). This review is spot on:

This is a difficult sale for me as they are the nicest sounding amplifiers I've owned but I really need to downsize. They aren't practical in my main system (not enough space) so they have been lightly used in my second system. I believe I am the second owner.

I bought them as a pair but note the previous (first) owner bought a single one then upgraded to a pair so as a result they have slightly different vents in the top but I understand the circuits are identical.

They went down very well at the last Wam show. One got a little scratch on the corner of the fascia when I was setting up, I'm sure a dab with a black sharpie would make it unnoticeable (see photos)

I'm looking for £650 for the pair, or if there's no interest in them both I'd consider splitting them for £350 each. Bank transfer on collection from N London please. I have the original boxes but I'd really rather not post them. I also have a boxed pair of 3m Audioquest Mackenzie XLRs which are an excellent match that I could sell to the buyer of the pair.

Nice! I was tempted by these as I heard them at a show some years ago and they were great. I could be thinking of other amps but I seem to remember they demonstrated a "Crowbar" protection system thingy where they bridged the output terminals with a screwdriver and the amp jsut shut off with no fireworks display.
