I'm in the SW of England. Quite varied musical tastes including classical and pop but especially into the whole range of electronic music out there (from Barooni to Downwards...if that means anything :)) My hifi is based around my laptop, dCS Scarlatti, ATC 150 active speakers. I have a Technics 1210mk2 (which is how I found this forum) fitted with MN bearing, SME V arm, Benz LP-S cartridge. I record my vinyl with a dCS 904 and play it back from the the PC.

We're all knackered, recovering from early starts yesterday and travelling to the show and back, Mark! ;)

Moi, who left Wrexham at 7am yesterday and returned at 9pm, having travelled nearly 400 miles....

Thanks for popping in and saying hello, Russell. I see you're another who's been 'infected' by the AoS passion for the Techie - nice one! :eyebrows:

Marco.

Hello Russell and welcome, what program do you use on your laptop for music replay?

Welcome to AoS Russell.

That's some yummy equipment you use.

What are your tastes in music? Weird and wonderful, strange, arcane and exotic - we listen to it all here on AoS.

Enjoy the forum.

Hi Jon. There's a good question :)...short answer is Winamp with DX output.
