This integrated has the sweetest valve like sound that I’ve ever heard in a SS amp .
I’ve now replaced one of the caps with the correct split foil capacitor and Mr Andrews kindly sent me a volume knob .

I’m not surprised there aren’t many around at £5.5k in 1993 !

Did you mention Paul Hynes as well. It must be the same chap that used to produce PSU's for the technics community back in the day.

Yes that’s him , he was producing his own power supplies and was well respected for those .

Lot of self appointed audio design afficionados on the other site! I couldn't give a shit about what is in an amp and why....if it sounds good to me....it is good :gig:
