British manufacturer Exposure have released a very high specification headphone amplifier with the launch of the Exposure XM HP small footprint amplifier. Highlights include 3 analogue inputs, one of which is a moving magnet phono stage meaning you can plug your turntable directly into the XM HP. Fans of digitial will not find the Exposure lacking either with the inclusion of five digital inputs, There is a USB B input to directly connect a streamer. There are 2 BNC specified digital coaxial inputs, and two optical inputs as well.
In terms of outputs, the Exposure XM HP has a pre out meaning that you can if required connect a power amplifier to drive a loudspeaker set up. For headphone connectivity there are a pair of 6.35mm jacks and a pairs of XLR sockets allowing 2 pairs of headphones to be used at one time. The discrete outputstage of the XM HP mean that the amplifier will drive even low impedance headphones. To cap it all the Exposure headphone amplifier is also remote control
