Excellent piece of kit this .
170w per channel x 7.1

Excellent hifi amp which is what I only ever used it for ( I’ve had a few of these)

Original remote control
Original owner’s manual

It has a built in Dac
I use it in pure direct mode with great results ( though not quite Stasis 2 territory)

Scratch on the side panel and stains on the top panel where another must have sat on it .

This is bloody huge btw [emoji16]

Andy, if it's not already gone. I'm very interested. My daughters AV has just bit the dust, and this might just be perfect.
She obviously runs TV, a phono stage, and Tape ( Very old school).

These are a terrific A/V amp and an extremely capable stereo amp as well. You can still access Dolby Digital True HD and DTS-HD via the 7.1 analogue inputs. I ran one for years and it cost a helluva lot more than £300. It never have one bit of trouble and was a real powerhouse of an amp.

Thanks Andy, happy to pay by arrangement.
This really is a very decent AV Amp.
She only has a 5.1 system, and hoping that will be OK.
Can you confirm the Amp has an mm phono stage and will also run a tape deck. ( I'm sure it will) [emoji106]
I'm a fair way from you, but willing to travel for such an iconic AV.

So OK by me and my risk.

Just wanted to say how good this bit of kit is. Yes, it’s a receiver but a fabulous amp as well. A few months in and it’s just gets better. Vintage, yes ! A sound to die for, yes ! Thanks Andyrib
