Has anyone heard from Geoff ( Walpurgis) ? Not seen him around for a while?

Think he sold all his HiFi kit* and house to rebuild The Wigwam which was his favourite HiFi forum.

I read it on the Internet so it must be true [emoji23]

* even his vintage hoard [emoji6]

PS: wasn't he moving house? That might account for not being around much lately

He's still around on other forums.

Nonsense! Geoff is 'knee deep' in moving to a house on the Kent coast. He still has all of his audio gear and record/CD collection. That, and a couple of family bereavements, means he hasn't been able to post on the Forum.

I don't expect him to be free to post much anytime soon. Be patient.

As long as he's ok, that's the main thing. I was beginning to wonder.

I am quite fond of Geoff.

We used to live in Southall, I was only a 10 min drive away from Geoff.

Sometimes Geoff will come pick me up and then go back to his house for a 2-3 hour listening session. I recall a pair of relatively big Tannoy speakers and solid state class a amps.

Sadly I can no longer remember the rest of the gear, many years ago now!
