I'm not surprised, it's an excellent amplifier. If it had balanced inputs it would be perfect. :)

Someone did mention about fitting balanced inputs and the associated boards for it and I have seen these with the balanced inputs but at the time the rebuild alone was so stressful it was the last thing on my mind.
I unplugged it for a few weeks and used various other amps instead, then I took delivery of some Accolades and felt that the Stasis would be perfect for them ( I was right , for a change [emoji16] )

Hi Andy,
I'm interested in the Threshold but I don't understand about the speaker protection box as it doesn't seem to show in your advert.

I used for many years a Threshold S/200 and regret selling it.

Please can you tell me what components you changed. The phono inputs look different. Please could you also send me all three measurements as it would have to fit in quite a limited space.
