Upgrades?

Is the Caimen SEG still being supported? Reading through this forum it seems upgrades were available but very few posts for a couple years. Bought mine at end of 2018 still working perfectly however having read the soundstage can be improved upon I feel now maybe the time. I've had various DACs over past few years and I still keep coming back to the Caimen for sheer enjoyment factor

Is he still making DACs? I wasn't sure if he'd retired as I haven't heard anything about him for years.
