My name's Haim and i'm from New Zealand.
I stumbled upon this site about a week ago and since i've been reading it.
Since then it inspired me to finally attempt a job in fixing my power amp.

I'm not the most experienced with Electronics as i'm just studying now the subject!

I'm a student Studying towards the Bachelors of Engineering and will major in electronics. I'm in the second semester of the second year as we speak!

So, you've got a kaput power amp - are you able to listen to music in the meantime? If so what's the rest of the system? If not, what's the rest of your system?!

The preamp is Anthem Valve, and the Speakers are Martin Logan Vantage....

Welcome, Haim. Don't use an iphone myself, but I know Hamish (at least) on here does without problem... :scratch: The site was down half-an-hour or so ago, so may have been a coincidence? Good luck with the amp, and enjoy AoS.

:lolsign: Not too sure about that chap, what we have here are a bunch of people attempting to get the best out of whatever system & components that they happen to have & to help others do the same :)

Doesn't matter what equipment you happen to have, all are welcome, i hope you enjoy your stay ;)

Btw, nice speakers, i always like the way they integrated a closed box with the electrostatic panel...
