I have only used them once. Set of floorstanders, they were badly damaged in transit but have to say retailer was very helpful and dealt with the issues no problems

Unless I’m going completely senile, I bought a Moerch tonearm wand from them (I think) a decade or so ago. If I’m correct, the service was fine and straightforward.
