Me old mucker James (Jimbo) has lost access to the site. He's sent several emails to reset his password but nothing is coming back. Does anyone on the forum know how to fix this?

Just had a look. His password is missing for some reason. I've sent him a personal email.

Does Jimbo need to create a new User ID?
Just wondering, as he has not connected for a little while now, so I guess the password is still an issue.

Yes, looks like he does Kevin. I'm not sure what his plans are yet.

I think Geoff has already tried his best with the limited resources he has Grant.

My post was just in case Jimbo was still reading the Forum.
I know you guys do your best.

Another forum related question, which I don't expect you to have the answer to, but what are the GDPR implications, if any, on the longevity of AOS?

He says when he tries to reset his password it says a link to reset his password has been sent to his email but he doesn't receive anything.

Could a mod try this function and see if it works? It would prove if the problem was at his end.
