Pair of classic three-way speakers from the late 1980s, top of the Celestion DL line, retail price >£900 at the time. Great looking and fairly compact floor-standers in black ash complete with original plinths. Cosmetically more than reasonable condition for their age, the covers and cabinets have some marks as can be seen from the pics. Drivers and tweeters in full working order, this model has the famous titanium tweeters and that beautiful (in my opinion) Celestion sound and imaging.

Bought these recently on a whim to compare with my Celestion DL10/2s from the same period, it’s a close call but I prefer the character of the big box DL10s and can’t justify both sets of speakers.
