Hi Alister
Where did you buy the Audio-GD DAC-19MK3 from?

I bought it direct from Audio-GD (http://www.audio-gd.com/En%20audio-gd.htm) (in July 2009), the DAC-19MK3 has now been replaced by the DAC-19 (http://www.audio-gd.com/Pro/dac/DAC19/DAC19EN.htm) which can also be bought from Here (http://www.ampcity.co.uk/audio-gd-dac-19dsp.html) in the UK.

Both the DAC-19MK3 and DAC-19 UK versions have a power supply (R-core transformer) that accepts voltages between 200-260V.

The DAC-19MK3 is very well constructed, sounds good and is a nice bit of kit, I paid for the extra digital filter, so it came with both mode A (PMD100) and mode B (DF1704) filters...Review (http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/435669/review-of-audio-gd-dac-19mk3)
