Transformer Primary Wires ?

I'm doing an Ear phono stage build and am stuck.
I've got Hammond 369AX Power Transformer but I'm confused as to which wires from the Primary windings I have to use. I'm pretty sure I use the two green wires from the secondary to the AC 6.3V/2A on the board and the other two red wires from the other secondary to the AC/230-380V on the board. (as in the picture below). The 369AX spec sheet says that units are designed to have both Primary windings engaged, so I don't know which wires I should use, I've attached a couple of pics so if you can guide me that would be great.

Unfortunately the third picture showing the primary windings is incomplete. But what is shown suggests you connect the brown and black wires together, and apply the incoming mains supply to the blue wire and to the corresponding wire for the other '120V' end.

So to finish my reply: the two primary windings need to be connected in series by joining the brown and black wires together.

The incoming mains supply is then connected to the blue wire and to the white wire.

I'm nearly there with this, just need to connect up the Transformer wires now.
I have one more question if you don't mind, does the blue wire from the transformer go to the live and the white go to the neutral, or does it not matter which way they go ?

One of my amps has a reverse power polarity switch so it could be important.

I've finished it (thanks to your help on here).
Very pleased with the sound but I have a dreaded hum now with this Phono Stage, my previous one was quiet (Edwards Audio MM1).
Any ideas ?
Nothing has changed apart from the phono stage.

Is the transformer shielded?
Is it close to the phono stage circuit?

It is AC, so why would it matter?I believe opinion is divided on the issue. I'm not going to say more than that as I've never tried swapping polarity.

Turned I'd put the ac wires too close to the signal wires.
