View Full Version : Anyone here on Wigwam?
Looks like they have a problem as I have been logged out and no way to login I just get this;-
"Oops! We ran into some problems.
Cookies are required to use this site. You must accept them to continue using the site." but there is nothing related to Cookies to click on to accept or reject.
maybe clear cookies on your browser(making sure you know password), or try another browser.. also try switching off pc..
last resort, stay here:D

Clearing Cookies....is that where it wipes all the passwords for all you saved favourite sites and you have to re-enter them all....if you can remember them:scratch:
I had to stop doing that as I have gone a bit silly and it was a complete nightmare. The odd thing is that there is no way to contact anyone there without logging in. I have rebooted the pc.
It's ok I am not leaving here, I joined HWW years ago and post there from time to time.
You should know your pass for it. Then go through your cookies til you find wigwam ones. You can clear just that one.
Did you try a different browser or different unit like a phone to see if you get through.
Other possible is reset the router by cycling it off
I googled and got the instructions to delete cookies for a particular site. Logged into google chrome and got as far as select "More" and then type in the name of the site. There was no "more"....so there was no "more" I could do. I searched high and low for anything that might get me to deleting cookies and then gave up. I fear I am a lost cause.
chrome is 3 vertical dots...then settings...then privicy and security... then site settings.. then 3rd party cookies etc

Ah, I have never had to do this before, so that is very helpful I will post again. Thanks Grant.

Yes Lawrence, I have just sorted it this minute by a fluke! I just happened to see a "thing" with a very small red dot in it on the address box and clicked on it...it said something like "this site is being prevented from storing cookies" so I allowed it to store them and I was instantly back in!
