JBL L50 3 way bass reflex "bookshelf" Speakers for sale
I've owned these for about 4 years now and absolutely love them, they are only being replaced due to finding my end game speaker recently.
I bought them from someone on here but once in use I realised that the mids were damaged. I managed to source the correct JBL replacement units (not Chinese copies)and they were fitted for me by an audio engineer. At the same time he checked all the crossovers and replaced the caps where necessary and fitted a quality pair of binding posts to each cabinet.
All of the drive units are in tip top condition and they sound wonderful. The cabinets are not perfect but they are 40 years old and not bad enough that they bothered me (the photos don't really do them justice). A light going over with wire wool and danish oil would be a good option. The speakers have their original covers which are in nice condition (I think they were recovered a few years ago by a previous owner).
