WTD: speakers

Wanted:
I inadvertently & bizzarely find myself speakerless!!

So, looking for a pair of small to medium sized stand mounts or not huge floorstanders preferably in a mid or dark wood finish for less than £1500. Must be postable or v local (stoke)as I am currently unable to drive or carry anything. New speakers will help with the boredom of sitting still :)

My amps are rega Elicit R or Audionote EL84 kit 1 (15w) so pretty flexible

Got some Audiovector X3 Super here doing nothing. I don't want to sell them but you're welcome to have a borrow until you get sorted.

Gloss white but maybe that won't matter if it's temporary? They're pretty good even Marco rated them.

Sorry to hear you’re in the wars Steve.
I’m also virtually housebound due to cancer surgery so after selling off my system at the start of the year I bought a set of Kef LS50 Wireless II to help me pass the time.

I was a bit confused by this, so had to look it up. All to do with chromosomes it would seem. But I'm not sure why it would be attacked.
