You probably know the story about this , won at auction, I haven’t tried to listen it as the stylus was bent when I got it and I’d rather not open the packet that the nos stylus comes in .
Of course I’ve run it on both speeds and it appears to be fine .
It’ll need setting up properly too and please check the photos in case something is missing ( should there be an anti skate thingy ? )
Obviously it has a new plinth, it currently has a din cable and plug which I can replace with an rca socket fitted to the rear .

The finish on the veneer will have a slight sheen as I apply Danish oil .

I made the plinth so please don’t expect factory perfection

That's a very fair price Andrew.

Just one thing: if you could fit a base, or paint the inside of the plinth with the same stain as used on the exterior, the gap between the armboard and your plinth would be much less noticable.

But anyway GLWS :)

I agree mate , I will darken that area before letting it go . [emoji1303]

yes thorens decks like a thick base generally. not silly thick but thicker than the ones they came with
