Quick question as above?

Most of my AV digital stuff is through my AppleTV,
at night I’ll Bluetooth my Sony XM4s to the AppleTV to watch a movie on Netflix or whatever.
Out of luck though if I want to watch a bluray or listen to a CD though?

The Sony’s are great sounding headphones, be good to use em for that too?

My preamp has a headphone out,
Figure I could get a Bluetooth headphone adapter/transmitter I could plug into headphone jack of my Pre and connect over Bluetooth to my existing Sony headphones?
Something like this:

Seen these on EBay and Amazon,
but don’t want to buy crap that will break after a few months, and they all look a bit “Ali Express”?

Anyone using one of these and have a recommendation?
Assuming if they use the same Bluetooth standard (5.0 and above) there shouldn’t be a sound quality difference?

Or is there a better sounding one for whatever reason?

Just if anyone does something similar already and happy with their gadget.
Thanks for any info. :)

Just thought of a curveball…
can connect the Sonys up using a lead, but would prefer wireless.

*EDIT*
Its a standard 3.5mm headphone connector, and after a bit of reading on wired vs wireless for these headphones,
used wired they run analogue, so sound quality depends on what’s feeding them.

Ive a good Dac/Pre, and headphones apparently sound better that way so wired it is then.
It’s just for occasional watch a bluray or listen to a CD at night anyway, so running a wire isn’t a problem.

Sorted.
