The largest!
A pair of 1.9m high bass horns.
These will reach down to 50Hz and up to 400Hz

They will be the rythm section of a multi horn system and bound for Germany when finished.

Designed using computer modelling and using the classic horn loading friendly Eminence Kappa 12 driver.

How did you bend the horn panels?Jigs cut out to the profile to support the 6mm plywood while bent and gluing up.
Into the vacuum press bag and let the huge pressure produce a bond as good as the plywood itself.
Titebond is excellent for this as it sets quickly.
With a horn this long and exponential, it's quite a gentle curve really.
