Thanks for that Kev but I think these are new manufactured Brimar valves and I am pretty sure they are not the same as the original Brimar valves NOS?

Let me know how you get on, as I have just bought some Brimar CV4004.
If I don't like them in my BB3, I will be happy to move them on.

I have a Brimar 12BH7a in my line stage and it has been by far the best valve I have owned in this position. I wanted to try Brimars in the phono stage as an alternative to Teslas but not sure which way it will swing the sound?:scratch:
