I am selling my Wilson Benesch Discovery speakers for £3000

They are on sale on eBay at £3500 but for members only this is a more than fair saving
They are truly in good condition and this is a reluctant sale but I just wrote off my car so there you go 308513085230853

I am enclosing pictures of the only scratches and blemishes I can see as I did on eBay truly the one on the base is so faint one have really look close to see
The grill covers are Immaculate as if they just came out of the box ditto for the drive units.

Those pictures do not do them any justice

No crates so is a pick up from my place.

But hey you get a chance to ear the Van Den Hull Colibri Master Signature that is on my rig

Having owned a pair of their baby brothers the ARCs and I now run a pair of WB Vectors I can vouch for the SQ of WB speakers generally. I also heard a pair of Discoveries and they give a great detailed sound, open soundstage and good bass.

Good luck with the sale.

Tank you I must say it is a very reluctant sale
A friend of mine here in Liverpool had the Vectors they are fine speakers indeed
From what I recall the precise and un-box like of the Benesch brand is all there
What the Discoveries have is paraphs more bass extension and definitely speed
I have not heard any speaker using cones that is so fast and most off al so unbox like even for 2 or 3 times the price.
As it is I got them for my last Birthday in November as my friend Martin also has a pair whit the same amplifiers and we do quite a lot of listening session
I have another pair of F5 so it made sense for us to do side by side comparisons
I am using a pair of Maggie's whit a sub woofer but still the presentation is different and having those save as a lot of time and effort moving his Discoveries to my place
I have posted above pictures of the terminal's
The original Jumpers have ben there since the speakers have been first used!
I have also posted a close up of one off the woofers dust caps
Sorry for the poor quality, still you can see that those are perfect, this is one of the main things to watch out for as many pairs out there have those starting to peel off, a good sign that the speakers have been abused.
As said before if any one is interested they are here to be listened and seen close up
Also I like first dibs to buy them back if the Lucky one decide to sell them

And, you can resize images and do many other things on a free image editing site like FastStone Image Viewer :https://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm which I also use.

Neither site requires membership or sign-up and both are easy to negotiate and there's no charge. FastStone is very versatile and fun to use.

O yes there are same lovely blue ones on eBay

Just have to use psychology:lol:

Find things of a similar colour and get them
Like flowers and such
May be even be worth buying her dresses and such still on the same colour
Then slowly, it make take a few months but hey one is secretly stashing the money away, convince her that she look so lovely in Blue that it reminds you of the time she was courting.
Extra effort may also be required, forget the 2 minutes performances to start whit.

and carry on, U may need a new blue kettle and all sorts of things like such and the rest to match, get a colour chart or even better seek professional advice on how to match colours to the Blue of the Endeavours.

Also slowly convince her that the Vectors are so ugly and most of all so un- Manley like
More extended performances may be required at this point...
A then get the Blue Endeavours
Unfortunately if she does not like the Blue colour you are stuck because no one on is right mind would ever sell a pair of them
It be well worth it!

Or take the easy option convince her to get rid of you, it will not work the other way around as she will take you to the cleaners.

I have taken the easy option a while ago and since then I am so Happy whit a £20K turntable rig:D

Hi Sandro, I have quite a few Brownie points in store as after 15 years of promises we are going to Australia for our ruby Wedding Anniversary and a belated 60th Birthday present for Sue(Covid stopped anything). But I am not sure even that will stack up to a pair of Endeavours, maybe if they were Ruby red.:lol:
