Hi,

My father in law wants a vintage system like he had in the 70's something like the upper models of Kenwood / pioneer / Accuphase etc, silver face. Not to bothered if working or not it'll be getting fully restored anyway. What do you have?

I have Pioneer SA9500ii in Silver if he's interested, I'll put up some images, also have pair of Celestion Ditton 33s in good condition and some home made 10" very heavy custom stands which work really well together

He'll consider anything, how much would you want for it?

I have a solid state Sansui Au101, not silver faced and only 15 or 20 watts but these are “valve” watts so more like 40-60 watts. Classic 70’s sound though if you get a pair of 70’s speakers.

He'll consider anything, how much would you want for it?The amp collected would be £450 the speakers including the custom stands £200
I'm in Doncaster if he would like to come for a demo

The amp is bottom left on picture 2 https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230207/975aee1044e10bead77329c53608bfea.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230207/247be03f4a85a822b2f25fefe3324a90.jpg

2 Phono inputs with adj cartridge loading
2 tape rec out
1 Tuner
1 Aux
Twin freq bass / treble & defeat
Phono hi/lo pass filter
Monitor level
It also weighs around 20kg so not really suitable for delivery.

That the beauty of vintage! Solid state but valve like performance and sound without the hassle!
