I had a pair of smaller Sony APM speakers back in the late 80's made in Germany as i recall, as mine weren't as big they could be a bit light in the bass, but the mid and top end where superb, much better than my Kef reference 101's which i had at the same time and sounded muddy in comparison, if i was in the market for a new pair of speakers these would be something i'd take a look at, made without compromise back in the day when Sony made some of its best gear.

The Sony Guy at last year's Wam show had a few APM speakers, which drew a lot of interest. I'm sure these minty examples won't be around for long. GLWS.

I heard years ago the Apm22 and I was impressed,the 66mk2 are on another level ,hard to find in this condition too.Cheers Jack
