I picked a smaller size upload this time, are you tweaking that before it's uploaded or in the photo hosting site Geoff?

I use Faststone Image Viewer to adjust file size and to crop out unwanted parts, adjust brightness & contrast etc, but you should be able to pick image size on a hosting site. I use ImgBB. Both services are free and don't require signing up.
