I've owned these MC Step-Up transformers from new. Inside the excellent Bent Audio canisters are the Stevens & Billington TX103 (copper) step-up TXs. These are in good company with the best MC step-up transformers ever made.
The transformers can be configured for step-up ratios of 1:5, 1:10 or 1:20. To change from the current 1:10 requires re-configuring a small number of internal connections and re-soldering them. I have the wiring diagrams for the 3 configurations.
Loading for your cartridge is set by the resistor on the top plate. I have full instructions for the required values. The table from the instruction can be seen below.
