View Full Version : Martin Logan Ascent problem
I've had a pair of Martin Logan Ascents for the past five years or so. To my ears the sound wonderful. They are an electrostatic hybrid speaker and unfortunately one of them has developed a fault - the panel doesn’t seem to energise when there is a signal and the LED doesn’t illuminate so bass frequencies are being produced. I think the problem is probably electronic rather than with the panel itself. I’ve checked that power is getting to the board ok and there doesn’t appear to be any burnt out or over heating components. I have contact both ML and their UK distributor, about a week ago, through their websites for advice on how to get it repaired but as yet haven’t heard anything back. My question is does anyone know of anywhere or anyone that would take on the repair of these wonderful speakers? 🤞

Hi, yes I have now joined that but no luck so far. I think most are US based so can't really give any suggestions for the UK. Cheers.

I really don't think it is the panel that's not working. But I'll keep looking. Cheers Al
