Hi, I've a pair of these exceptional speakers for sale.
I bought two pairs in the advert below to use as front L&R speakers and L&R surrounds speakers but frankly I rarely hear much content from the rears surrounds when watching movies or the TV and as such the speakers are completely wasted in my set up.
I did consider keeping this pair and buying a stereo receiver/streamer and setting up a system in another room but I've since discounted that idea as the system would rarely be used/listened to as most of my listening is done in the lounge.
These speakers are really exceptional especially for the size of them I've no idea how Totem manage to get these speakers sounding so good but they do have a reputation for that ie small speakers sounding excellent.
I'm actually amazed at how good they sound with anything ie music or movies etc and I've had a lot of very good bookshelves speakers in the past and these are up there with the best of them and I'm talking about Stirling Broadcast LS3 5A V2, Harbeth P3 ERS, Spendor S3 5R2, Elac BS 312s, JR 149s etc and the Totems are as good sounding to my ears as those other speakers.
The SB LS3 5As were exceptional though and probably the best speakers I've ever owned I've also had MA GS10 gold bookshelves and recently Monoprice Monolith 265T bookshelves too which are huge compared to the Totems but I preferred the Totems for music although the Monoprice speakers are very good and great value for money IMO.
The speakers are designed to be used with a sub as they only go down to 90hz but in all honesty they don't need a sub unless you are a complete bass head which I'm not although I do have an SVS micro 3000 sub and together they sound excellent but I could easily do away with the sub and just use the front two speakers along with a Totem mini-flex that I bought for a centre speaker.
There's no original box but they'll be well packaged for posting, they're tiny and very light so postage won't be an issue.
I'm happy to send these abroad but obviously buyers will be responsible for postage, import taxes and local taxes where applicable.
I paid £225 for the pair just last month which included postage the speakers are in excellent condition and come with white magnetic grills and wall mounts.
I'm looking for £200 plus postage or collection from G76, Glasgow.
Payment by cash, bank transfer or Paypal friends and family/gift.
