help please

hi all,
can a memener of the team help me?
i have had too re join as i have lost the passowrd for my normal account karma67.
i tried lots of times to retrieve it using the 'forgot password' option but i never get a reset email.

Hi Jamie, don't know when you originally joined up here, but any chance you've changed email address or have multiple accounts ?
I experienced a similar thing when trying to reset a password with my bank.
Seems I'd used a slightly different email and subsequently forgot the account address.
Had well over 100 unread messages in there !

Good point. We had somebody change their saved email here and it messed things up.
