Lovely Technics Stereo Control Center.

This has been serviced with all new electrolytics, any failed/out of spec transistors were replaced with gain matched equivalents to keep it to spec.

Signal path capacitors (input and output) were upgraded with Clarity Cap ESA items.

Internally it's super clean and works splendidly.

The volume control is only a little scratchy on the first two clicks (not very noticeable) it's a high quality sealed item so not one you can service or clean without causing further damage, this doesn't affect the performance in anyway.

A wood trim was made to hide the imperfections around the edge and to match some of my equipment. This can be easily removed.

All in all a very nice unit with many useful functions.

Little more info here

This is a sensitive preamp with a high gain factor, with some of my older valve amps I have to use the muting function so I am able to use the volume control better. Please be aware of this and look at the specs of the preamplifer, perfect for big Solid State amps!

Vishal,

For all sale items with an asking price of £250 or more, we require large photographs of the item; thumbnails are not sufficient. This is clearly stated in the rules for sellers.

As you are new here I'll enlarge them for you, but for future sales you will need to comply with the rules.

Click on the thumbnail and it will appear larger. Now right click on the enlarged thumbnail and click on 'copy image address'. That will provide a url. Paste the url into your advert and bracket the url with and .

That is how I do it, but there may be a quicker way to do it: I'm not the most proficient of keyboard wizards.
