Here for sale is my Amptastic Mini 1 Tripath mini amplifier purchased new just 8 weeks ago. It was bought as a temporary stopgap while I was disposing of the amp and speakers in my second system, the Amptastic is available because I managed to move on the other gear more quickly than expected and I had a small financial windfall (matched 4 numbers on Thunderball Lottery [emoji846]).
Obviously being brand new the amp and PSU are in perfect condition and have only had about 15-20 hours use in my hands. I have not used the amp for the last 2 weeks since I have now purchased a pair of QA M20 powered speakers. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed more versatility and remote control operation I would have happily kept using it as it's a superb bit of kit.

Best of luck with the sale, I'd be really interested in your thoughts on the M20s when you've had a chance to use them.

The M20s have been a very positive move, I've connected them with better quality Audioquest X-2 speaker cable and I'm using a Kimber power cable that I've had for about 3 decades which gave subtle but noticeable improvements. Two weeks burn in has tightened up the bass and the sound is glorious now, doubt you can better the performance without paying close to a grand.

First off, congrats on your lottery win Steve. Don't spend it all at once (though I know I probably would)!

Secondly a free bump for a cracking bit of kit at a good price. I have had one of these for a few years now, powered on 24/7, with my Echo Dot, and into some Celestion 5s, though the Mini 1 could partner much more exotic kit. I've even had it running my big Zu floorstanders to impressive levels. Worth having even just as a standby. Mine won't be going anywhere any time soon :)
