As of this past summer, we are in our "new to us home" out in the country and I have the 18' x 25' parlor for a temporary listening room. (There is also a 30' x 42' out building containing a workshop and garage. I am making plans for this to become the dedicated listening space; but, that will take some time and effort, of course.) Moving (at last count, a long time ago) 7K+ lp's was NOT fun; NOT fun at all. However, it has given me a chance to open boxes and renew discoveries. I wanted to share them with you and friends without being confined to a pic hosting service, one at a time format or one of those videos where people feel compelled to talk. No one needs my opinion, they just need to know they're out there. So, I decided on a silent slideshow.; not too long, not too short. I hope to keep up with it as I am enjoying the platform, thus far.

The links are not working for me. Do you have to register to view?
Anyway congratulations on a successful house move (and on having an 18' x 25' listening room, as well as having so many LPs.) :)

Oh, you're kidding... No. As far as I know, you should not have to register. I would be extremely annoyed if that was required. Do the links work for any of your mates?
Maybe these will work by copying and pasting?

Pretty much all my beer and cigarette money over the past 30 yrs has gone to LP's. Some might not think I got the better end of that deal.
Thanks. Did I mention the house is over 100 years old... ...and in both good ways and bad, you can tell?? Don't get me wrong, we love the "oldness" and the space but it's not all tea and oranges. We'll probably be upgrading and repairing and involved in some sort of upkeep for as long as we live here (money pit?); but, we were throwing money at a much newer house before and didn't like it nearly as much. Such is life.
