Not sure if this is the right thread for this, if I'm wrong, please will the Mods move it for me?
I have a set of components for a pair of speakers - no idea which make or model. There are no drivers unfortunately.
Included are:
2 off large air-cored chokes. 1.2 mH, 0,33 Ohm, 1.36mm wire, 70mm diam x 30mm high.
2 off ferrite cored chokes. 1.4 mH, 0.13 Ohms, 1.05 mm wire, 31mm diam x 39mm high (the values are written in pencil on the ferrite, this is my best interpretation of the figures written).
2 off MCap Audiophile KP Kandensator 100v DC+- 2%, believed to be 3.0 uF. (it is diffilcult to read the print).
2 off 4.0 Ohm 1% resistors with heatsinks but only one clip.
2 off PB- MKP FC 3.95 uFJ 400V -25 to +85 capacitors (Made in France) 95.
2 pairs of Shark brand terminal posts. These will take wire up to about 7.5mm diameter and speaker plugs and are selectively plated in gold and chrome (or other silvery metal) in fitted box.
All have been used at some time. It all weights over 1.5 kg.
£20 including post to UK (usual exceptions apply).

Hi Sailor,
From my point of view there is no problem. The problem for you is that the costs of postage will be higher.
Also as we are no longer in the same club there will be customs to deal with. I've investigated the postage costs.
Unfortunately the total cost, including postage to Limerick, will be £35 and it will get to you in 3 to 8 days.
There is no cost to me for customs and as the value is so low, there probably won't be any ongoing cost to you, but I cannot guarantee that.
Do you still want them? I understand if the "too difficult/expensive" light has just been illuminated.

From the photo it appears some of these components have been unsoldered from a PCB

They have all been used at sometime. Whether they were on a PBC or breadboard circuit I don't know.

Hey Peter no problem. I build crossovers point to point and avoid extending short leads but I'm really only interested in the 2 Mundorf 1.2mH inductors for a new project. The coils are fine and can be unwound to reach the next component.
