Not sure how to describe this tonearm.

It is boxed new old stock from the 1970's. and was listed as a TCC J1111 tonearm.

Details can be seen in a 1974 HiFi Year Book.

I suspect it was made by Jelco, has a stainless arm tube, super bearings and is boxed with packing.

If required I have a nice Shure cartridge which could be fitted as a separate negotiation.

Asking £150 + posting or collection.

It looks similar to the Neat G30, except the Neat had a detachable headshell. GLWS

I had one of these years ago on a Connoisseur BD1. It was the best part of the deck (although, that wouldn’t be difficult!) and performed very well.

This arm was marketed in the UK circa 1970 by Audio Developments as the AD309K and came with their AD76K MM cartridge as standard.

I also had one in use with a Connoisseur BD1 turntable.

That would explain why there is no adjustment for stylus overhang on the AD309K arm, as the arm is intended only to be used with that particular cartridge.

Not even the redoubtable vinylengine site has either the cartridge or arm in their database.

Could it be that the box is from a different tonearm looking at the internal packaging? Does the 1974 year book have a picture of the tonearm?

NO! The box, packing and arm are all original.

I will add a photo of the 1974 year book write up tomorrow, there is no photo.
