Hi,
For sale is my Mytek Brooklyn DAC+ which is in excellent condition and fully working order. This DAC has been owned by me since purchasing new in June 2018. It has performed faultlessly until early this year when I detected an intermittent noise on the digital inputs so was returned to the manufacturer who installed a new rev 3.1 motherboard so innards are virtually new and it has the latest firmware.
I have been very happy with the DAC+ (which remains in Hans Beekhuyzen’s reference system), but unfortunately for me I listened to a Denafrips Terminator in the summer and was instantly hooked on the “ladder DAC” sound. This has led to me order the Denafrips Venus II so the Mytek is now surplus to requirements.
For those that are new to this DAC it also has an excellent headphone amplifier, phono stage, and is fully MQA certified.
I still have the original packaging and remote control.
Looking on the tinternet these appear to be selling for £1 – £1.2k. so I’m after £950 including P&P RMSD (UK only).
