SME Series V magnesium tonearm black, used and in excellent condition.
Marketed by SME as "the best pick-up arm in the world", you can no longer buy one from SME unless you buy an SME turntable too. So these are now getting in short supply. I have owned this tonearm since purchasing from Unique Audio in March 2012, serial number is 58144.
The arm is in excellent condition the only slight blemish being the "shine" where the arm sits in it's clamp - see photo, everything else is immaculate. I have used the arm since purchase on my Roksan Xerxes 20 plus with Ortofon Kontrapunkt C shown in the photos.
This sale is for the tonearm only but includes; the original SME tools, templates, finger lift and manual as shown in the photos. Sadly I no longer have the original box but it will be very well packaged and double boxed to the successful bidder. Tonearm cable loom is the original SME supplied VDH.
I am looking for £2350 which includes P&P to the UK only. If anyone wants to pick up in person, I live in the sticks near Seascale, West Cumbria.
