Allo boss rpi based Streaming Player


For sale the excellent Raspberry Pi 3 + Boss DAC v1.2 with Isolator Board v3 and 2 X 5v Linear PSU. The Rpi comes with the latest MOode SD card. All in very good condition. The power supply units come in a particularly attractive brushed black aluminium cases. I believe that there is voltage adjustment screws inside, but I have never looked.
I will also include some kettle leads for the linear power supplies.
The Allo Boss/isolator/ rpi 3 b+ is housed in a nice smoked black acrylic case.

This is a superb set up and with great bass and excellent musical delivery. It’ll stream file based music and can be used via other software to play Qobuz or Tidal.
I have also adapted the SD card so that it is recognised as a Roon end point.
I can provide assistance for those not familiar with configuring rpi players.
It’s all quite straightforward in reality.
It comes with all audio cables needed to connect up to the linear PSU.

Price reduced to £120 for the whole package inc delivery.

That's an absolute bargain for someone. I used a similar set up until recently and it is a fabulous set up!

I agree ! The Linear power supplies really do lift the performance incredibly.
I tried out the normal switch supplies yesterday and was amazed at the transformation when the two LPS were plumbed in.

I use a pi with a allo dac hat
For streaming tidal and Spotify
And i have a 2tb full of music hdd connected to it
I use volumio myself and have the radio paradise app enabled.
The buyer of your pi allo streamer is in for a treat.
