I've always been into HiFi since school too many years ago:) My current system is a Oppo 203 modded with a new dac board & power supply, so only 2 channel now.
Audion 300b Anniversary PSE Mono blocks and Audio note E speakers. Audio note AN/Vx silver interconnects and Nordost Blue Heaven speaker cable (Mainly because I run it under the living room carpet).
I also have a Wadia Dacmaster x32, Wadia WT3200 Transport uses Glass fibre optic connection (AT&T) and a Cambridge CXC Transport, and I have a pair of Audio Innovations Mono Blocks (converted to 4 pin 2A3's) with a bespoke preamp made by Audion.
Synology NAS box with 2 x 4TB for serving music to the Oppo.
Also I have for many years been helping out Audion with Hi Fi shows around the UK and abroad and occasionally Audio Note.
Music tastes are many and varied, did Sepultura in one show (only room to play it!!) then go on to Organ music and Larry Garner.
