I’ve decided to let these go in order to help fund the purchase of a van or estate car for my latest obsession of fishing.
I have fitted new surrounds to the woofers and fitted new Donuts along with replacing the ferrofluid in the tweeters.
I did buy all capacitors for the mid/tweeter crossovers but after being strongly advised not to change any but the tweeter caps so the original caps remain and they all tested within their original tolerance.
Cosmetically these are the best I’ve ever seen in many years with only a small chip on the rear and at bottom of one cabinet , otherwise they look as good as new .
They come with their original Kube equaliser.
Clearly there are no hoods or boxes .
Collection ONLY from Milton Keynes.
I have some paperwork for them somewhere which I’ll dig out.
I won’t dribble on about their sound .
Once I’ve sold these and given a demo I will list my quad vena 2 and my quad 909.
£1800 ( or said vehicle ) for established members only.
These are in perfect working order.
