FS: EAR Yoshino 834P phono stage (MM only version)

For sale a MM only EAR 834P phono stage, I have owned this stage from new and had a small modification of a yellow LED installed to show when switched on.

As you can see the 3 ECC83 tubes installed are all original EAR supplied with the famous logo which I am fairly sure will be Yugoslavian made Ei tubes.

This has received very light use due to the amount of time I spent out of the UK prior to retirement so is in excellent condition, I'm looking for £550 collected from Poole Dorset or can send via courier at cost but at your own risk

Fantastic condition and a wonderful stage (I have the MC/MM "Sig" version but use a top quality SUT with it). Nick Gorham checked mine over 18 months ago and commented it was the best measuring valve phono stage that he had on his bench.
V1 and V3 can be rolled which I have done here.

I paid a LOT more for mine so no need for GLWTS as it will be gone in a flash I predict!

Thanks for the appreciative words Paul,
I have been using a Graham Slee Elevator EXP for MC cartridge duties though I am holding on to that.
It does seem that the MM only version of the 834P turn up for sale far less frequently though no disadvantage to the MM/MC version as most owners opt for better external step-up as you said.
