Audio Al @audioal had one a while ago and he's selling up. Not sure he's still got this one though.
Thanks Lawrence, fingers crossed :)

Small point on these, they are very nice, I have one but anything connected by the coax seems to drop in and otu every now and then. I've tried 3 different coax cables and 2 different devices. Works wonderfully with USB though. I hope you find one! In fact, does anyone know how to contact their maker?

Funny it's normally the USB that drops out if anything, could be a dodgy receiver chip.
I know some DACs can develop an issue if you "hot change" the coax, maybe you've been doing this? I think it relates to the positive touching before the ground.

I'm not sure what you mean by hotchanging it. I've made sure it wasn't powered by usb and coax at the same time and it wasn't connected to anything when the coax was inserted.
Also, having a power supply or running it on batteries didn't make a difference. You can get a cheap power cable to use and it does work! I must admit, while some say they hear a difference between powered and batteries, I didn't hear one.
Listening to mine as I type, very warm sound.

I mean taking the coax cable in and out when source and DAC are switched on. I'm guilty of doing it myself at times and I know I shouldn't.

Hmm I might have done that, not sure - worth thinking about!

Great sounding DAC this ... I have one and haven't used it for a while - dunno why - I guess it's just me jumping about from DAC to DAC experimenting with sound. This DAC does respond very well when using a decent linear power supply for some reason despite the batteries.
Thanks everyone...not much joy so moving on to something else.

I am thinking hard about selling mine and would be happy to do so if you're still looking for it, Wayne.
