I have read all of the links but cannot find any info about the construction of these cables....i.e type of material used, dialectric, composition of plugs, etc etc.

Proprietary design/trade secret I assume. The proof of the pudding is in the listening (reviews).

This model has been around for a few years, quite decent just works well with most systems. Never had one of these apart of reterminated either to be honest.

Usually take around five or six pairs of these a year in p/x good solid cable can handle respectable systems as well, this pair came form a six figure set up.
