My new amplifiers are here! Unfortunately, this means I must now sell my lovely Radford STA25.

I bought this in January 2020 from Wegamus here on AoS as it was an improvement on the STA15 I had at the time. During the first lockdown, I sent it down to David Coe (AD Audio) and he serviced and renovated the amp, including:
New valve runners (from Radford Revival) and valve sockets
New RCA sockets
New Audio Note speaker binding posts
New mains switch
New cathode bypass capacitors
Silver mica capacitor upgrade
Rewiring all the valve sockets
Mills cathode resistor upgrade

The amp that came back was a big improvement and sounded fabulous - I was a bit effusive in my feedback (https://adaudioconsultants.wordpress.com/2020/04/27/radford-sta25-service-restoration/) to David!
The amp currently has GE EF86 and Telefunken ECF82 valves and 4 x Genalex Gold Lion KT77 re-issues fitted and is playing as I type this and sounding lovely. I also have a few other used signal valves (Tesla and Svetlana and some new Telefunken ECF82s) that I will include with the amp.

This amp is the best part of 50 years old. The transformers hum a little and, if you put your ear right next to a sensitive speaker, there is a very slight hum on one channel. Will from Radford Revival has confirmed that this is not unusual with Radfords due to the asymmetrical transformer/choke layout and it doesn't detract from that lovely Radford sound. I can't hear it through my little Harbeths at all.
I paid £1,650 originally and the service/restoration cost £500, but this has to go, so I'm asking £1,700 please. I can ship (£35 with UPS), but would much prefer collection or a socially distanced meet somewhere convenient.
