Where are these to be used and how many do you need? I have something I feel is better than the EL34, lots better but only one pair. EL37, you may need to adjust bias and/or plate voltage. They are getting rather scarce now and becoming pricey.

No mods or me i'm afraid.
Far too much hastle.

Will stick to the el34's, but thanks anyway.
