FS: Gale gs401a speakers ( and stands )

Selling due to a lack of use and they’re really too big for the small room where I keep my 2nd system and I want to go back to fishing again and that’s not cheap.

I believe they were recapped by the previous owner who was a fanatic of these .
I have replaced the foams on the mids for the correct inverted type .
These are not a matched pair nor left and right but I’m sure none were sold that way .

These weigh a lot for their size and given their rarity it is collection ONLY and the price is for established members who contribute to this forum .
There are now photos of each speakers with their covers removed.

Sorry about the photos but believe me they are difficult to photograph.
There are minor scratches to the chrome and some imperfections but no corrosion.

I think the Gale 401s were meant to be used (on their own stands) horizontally (i.e. with the chrome end caps on each side). That might be why the driver arrangement is unimportant.
